Game Introduction
One Line is a casual drawing and physics puzzle game developed by Playable Factory. Each level places an unsuspecting hero in danger, and your only tool is a single line drawn directly onto the scene.
Your drawing becomes a solid object that can serve as a shield, wall, ramp, barrier, or deflector. Protect the hero from threats such as falling boulders, angry bees, bullets, heavy rain, spiked objects, and giants.
The early puzzles introduce the basic idea, while later stages require more creative solutions and a better understanding of gravity and object movement. A level is cleared when the hero remains safe through the countdown.
How to Play
Study the hero's position and identify every nearby threat before drawing. Press and drag to create one continuous line, then release to turn it into a solid physics object.
Shape the line so it blocks, redirects, traps, or supports objects without falling onto the hero. Once the danger begins moving, keep the hero unharmed until the countdown ends to complete the level and continue to the next challenge.
PC and Mobile Interaction
Press and hold the left mouse button, drag the pointer to draw one continuous protective line, and release to place it in the level.
Touch and hold the screen, drag your finger to draw the protective line, and lift your finger to place it. The portrait layout is optimized for phones and tablets.
Tips & Tricks
Inspect the entire scene before drawing because a level may contain more than one source of danger.
Use short, stable shapes when possible; long lines are heavier and may collapse onto the hero.
Anchor both ends of your line against solid scenery to stop shields from sliding or tipping over.
Leave enough space around the hero so the line itself does not strike or crush him after release.
Think about gravity and momentum: curved lines can redirect rolling rocks, bullets, and falling objects.
If a direct shield fails, try trapping the hazard or supporting another object instead.
Wait for the full safety countdown before assuming your design is stable.
Level Information
A sequence of short, progressively more complex drawing puzzles
Different hazards include boulders, bees, bullets, rain, spikes, hostile plants, and giants
Physics-based lines can become shields, barriers, ramps, supports, or deflectors
Many stages allow more than one successful solution
The hero must remain safe through the countdown to clear each challenge
